As all of our products are handmade and personalised to order, please take a moment to read our shipping information before placing your order.

Processing Times

All orders are handmade to order and carefully personalised for each customer.

Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be created and dispatched.

During busy periods, processing times may be extended slightly. If this happens, we will do our best to keep you informed.

If you require an item for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Methods

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Orders over £100 can be upgraded to DPD delivery at no additional cost.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 working days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Standard UK Delivery: £4.99

Free UK Delivery: Available on all orders over £45.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.

Tracking Information

Where a tracked service is used, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we always aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, Silk & Sign cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all delivery information is entered correctly when placing your order.

Silk & Sign cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@silkandsign.co.uk and include photographs of the item and packaging so that we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
